Former President Joe Biden struggled to finish a speech bashing his nemesis, President Donald Trump, on Saturday.

Biden spoke before Maryland Democrats at the first-ever Fight Back & Win Summit and Gala. The event was organized by the Maryland Democratic Party to get voters excited ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

However, during his speech, Biden took a long pause, seemingly struggling to finish his sentence. Several hecklers shouted at the former president, forcing him to stop for a moment.

The anti-Trump protesters were slammed online for criticizing Biden instead of shouting at Trump. “All these idiots love to interrupt Biden or Kamala, but won’t say s–t to Trump?” asked one person on X.

“Honestly, why is he still giving speeches, man. Just hang with your family,” said political YouTuber Jack Cocchiarella.

Another person wrote that Biden “still can’t speak coherently and is STILL extremely low energy.” A third person pointed out how the former president was coughing and yelling during his speech. “So he’s pretty much in the same condition as the day he left the White House.”

Biden revealed last year that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of stage 4 prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones. He has undergone radiation therapy and hormone treatment.
